Debra Saldivar is a Senior Safety Manager with more than 25 years of experience as a safety professional, including over 20 years serving as an Owner’s Safety Representative across diverse, high-risk industries. Her expertise includes oil and gas, chemical, heavy civil, rail, tunnel, and mission-critical data center construction.
Debra has a proven track record of building proactive, performance-based safety cultures that support on-time project delivery while ensuring critical milestones and schedules are achieved. She has extensive experience developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs, utilizing KPI tracking and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Debra works closely with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure strict compliance with safety plans, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. She is committed to achieving incident-free projects while maintaining productivity, operational excellence, and a strong culture of safety.
Outside of work, Debra enjoys distance running, cheering on the Seattle Mariners whenever she can, and, as she likes to say, never passing up a good snack.
