“Aaron Weeks never gives up. He has a level of tenacity that most people do not possess. If there’s a problem, he is immediately coming up with a creative way to solve it.

Do not wait until there is a problem, get Aaron on your project on the front end where he can make the most impact. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable about the industry. It’s one thing to have good work ethic, which he does, but Aaron understands all aspects of the build, which significantly impacts the entire project outcome.”

— Jerry Sams, Program Manager

“Weeks Construction Services was responsible for the Modular Development on one of the highest stakes projects I’ve done. An intense degree of communication and collaboration was required between two different General Contractors, and Weeks’ ability to adapt, move fast, see the big picture, and foresee potential issues months in advance made the project extremely successful. He is transparent and full of integrity in his communications and leadership.

I absolutely love working with Aaron- It was a huge project; one we will talk about when we are old and sitting in our rocking chairs on the porch. Weeks Construction Services is second to none.”

— Dylan Borvanski,  Owner

“I would hire Aaron Weeks to completely lead a project of any size. His phenomenal attention to detail, knowledge and drive brings impact far surpassing that of just one person. Weeks gains understanding of every aspect of the project and ensures everyone around him understands it as well. Seeing the big picture, he is excellent at connecting a multitude of workstream threads to orchestrate the optimal outcome.

Aaron is incredibly creative when it comes to problem solving difficult situations. If materials or equipment are late, he solves for how to deal with each issue to keep the project on time.  I like Aaron, and I enjoy working with him. He knows what he’s doing and doesn’t accept failure as an option.”

— Terry Rennaker, VP Development, xScale, Equinix

“Mike Sparks is very efficient, upfront and detail oriented. He was responsive to my requests and was always looking to do what needed to be done next across the board. Sparks is very positive and was instrumental even in helping other contractors outside of his scope of work. When I had a technical or safety issue- all I had to do was tell Mike and it was resolved. Sparks is an excellent, refreshing guy to work with.”

— Scott Elrod, Datacenter Safety Consultant/Owner Representative

“Aaron Weeks has an in-depth approach and extensive knowledge of specific integration and inspection of electrical equipment and systems. He was brought into a project lacking schedules and critical pathways- like throwing a dart at a dart board. He quickly established schedules and processes, turning the environment around. Commitments became focused, things began lining up and coordination between subcontractors improved. I like Aaron as a person, we formed a friendship and I am pleased to work with him any chance I get.”

-Jerry Hardin

“Weeks Construction Services’s goal is to make their client SUCCESSFUL. They do this by staying up with technology and offering practical, cost-effective alternatives.  Weeks deals with diversity well and discerns the various dynamics to identify the actual project criteria.  They are able to differentiate a client’s wants from their needs.

As an Owner’s Representative, Weeks adapts to the constant changes and gauges the erroneous information so prevalent in the industry today.  They understand the steps necessary for a construction project to actually serve the intended purpose and begin operation.

Industry veterans recognize excellence and Weeks is excellent.”

“Mike Sparks is straight forward person and communicates the facts of a project. If there is a problem, question, or issue, he brings it forward for open communication and discussion so a solution can quickly be found and project progress can continue. When Mike says something, you could take it to the bank.  I have a tremendous amount of confidence in Mike Sparks, it is a real pleasure to work with him.”

-Jerry Hardin

“Aaron Weeks was initially brought into my project because of his experience, knowledge,  abilities and expertise. He came into a incohesive project and created a structure that reinforced processes and procedures holding all players accountable.  Aaron has extensive knowledge of the Data Industry and is able to integrate what needs to be done pairing safety and production in an efficient manner. Aaron goes out of his way to communicate problems and progress. I enjoy working with Aaron, he is effective and moves what I need to accomplish forward.”

-K Flores,  Principal Project Consultant

“Mike Sparks has been so instrumental in all we have done. He finds problems and he fixes them, a natural problem solver through and through. We’ve asked Mike to return to our project and he quickly addressed issues we didn’t think would be fixed. Sparks is one of easiest people I have ever worked with and if I ever I had to choose a team- even if it was dodgeball, Mike would be on it. He finds a way to win.”
