Nikki Wittmer is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 10 years’ experience in all things Human Resources including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement. She’s passionate about building workplaces where people feel supported, seen, and set up for success. Nikki holds a master’s degree from Mississippi State University.
She and her husband Gary have been married for 32 years and have a daughter in college. They love to travel, especially going on cruises, and are huge fans of the Cleveland Browns and Guardians.
