Jacob Erickson

Jacob began his career in commercial construction as an apprentice craftsman and quickly advanced through field leadership roles including foreman, superintendent, project manager, and construction manager. With hands-on experience across data center construction, large civil and electrical infrastructure, oil & gas, and alternative energy projects, he maintains a strong connection to field execution and practical jobsite leadership.

He brings expertise in contract negotiation and execution, vendor and subcontractor management, customer relationship management (CRM), and partnership-driven project delivery. Jacob focuses on process-driven efficiency, preconstruction planning, project controls, and the development of phase-based schedules, recovery plans, and field execution strategies to ensure safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, elk hunting, golf, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, and spending quality time with family and friends.
