Andrew MacLeod
Construction Project Manager
Andrew is a third-generation carpenter turned construction management professional with over a decade of experience in commercial building envelope systems—including roofing, siding, daylighting and project supervision. He started in the field and quickly advanced to a superintendent role, leading teams and delivering high-quality results on complex commercial and industrial projects.
In 2022, Andrew earned his B.S. in Construction Management Technology with a minor in Environmental Science from Eastern Washington University. That academic foundation strengthened his expertise in project planning, sustainability, and cost control, allowing him to bridge the gap between boots-on-the-ground experience and modern construction management practices.
Andrew is passionate about building smarter, safer, and more sustainable projects, and thrives in environments where collaboration, leadership, and precision drive success.
Outside of work, his home is typically on the go year-round with sports, but he does enjoy spending time with his wife and four kids—whether they are boating on the lake, snowboarding in the mountains, or working together around their homestead. Andrew also has a deep love for woodworking and football.
